| Scott has been in the beauty industry for 15
years. He established Avallon Salon 10 years ago
with his business partner Lee D’Aquin. He
is a certified Paul Mitchell Educator and a licensed
Artec educator. He specializes in short haircuts,
long layering, and dramatic color. Scott has also
had extensive training in color blocking and special
effect coloring. |
